Title: Yeast Rolls - Mandryky

Yield: 24 Rolls

3cFlour
1 Package dry yeast
2tbWater warm NOT hot
1tbSugar
2 Eggs
1cMilk warm

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, add sugar, and mix. Beat rthe ggs in the warm milk and add to the yeast mixture. Add flour and knead for 10 minutes until the dough is soft but not sticky. Form the dough into a large ball and place into a oiled bowl, turn once, cover with plastic wrap and allow the dough to rise for 35 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is 1/2" thick. Loosen and turn over, flour that side also. Cut into 2 1/2" to 3" circles using a glass or cooky cutter, cover with a topping of your choice , turn up the edges to form a rim, place on a greased cooky sheet, allow to ris again, and bake ina pre-heated 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
